Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic

Heat a lot of water in casserole and season. Separate cauliflower flowers, wash them and add them to casserole. Cook them for 8-10 minutes (It is important to be al dente). Remove and drain.
Chop garlic cloves of small cubes and put them in Bowl, add cumin, turmeric, a pinch of salt and a good rain of olive oil. Stir well until All ingredients fit well integrated.
