Pasta and pizza
If you love pizza and love to take care of yourself, a different option is to make homemade vegetable dough without flour like this cauliflower delight. Too easy!
For cauliflower dough:
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 egg
- grated cheese
To make the pizza:
- natural fried tomato sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil (or arugula)
Preparing a recipe for cauliflower for pizza:
Clean well Cauliflower, remove the stems and grate it with a cheese grater or meat grinder. Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cook in the microwave in 800W in 8 minutes.
Add egg, cheese mozzarella grated and Sol. Mix well.
Roll out the dough on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper, shaping it into a pizza.
Preheat the oven to 180º and bake the cauliflower pizza dough for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Wait a bit to cool.
Sprinkle with natural fried tomato sauce and add the remaining ingredients as cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and a little pesto.
Return the pizza to the oven 5 minutes more for the cheese to bake. Remove from the oven and decorate with a little basil or arugula leaves.
