Carlotta de Limon

Sarah Herrera, a chef at Tepic Restaurant, makes this delicious Carlotta or lemon pie.


  • 6 linden
  • 1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
  • 360 ml of evaporated milk
  • 2 packets of Maria biscuits
  • 90 g cream cheese
  • To decorate
  • Berry
  • Mint
  • Cinnamon powder


  1. Squeeze the linden juice and save
  2. Whip the cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and continue to beat, add the evaporated milk and finally the lime juice, whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Place the Maria cookies in a form, at the base and at the edges, then place a layer of the pre-made mixture and then another layer of cookies until the mixture is complete. The latter must be from the mix.
  4. Leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours, garnish with strawberries, mint and a little ground cinnamon.
