Caramelized apple dumplings
Good good good! Whether you have a sweet tooth or not, this recipe will be absolutely delicious. They are delicious dumplings stuffed with a piece of caramelized apple. They are extremely pleasant paselitos to eat. So much so that you can eat a few without even knowing what makes them a real danger, so I highly recommend checking them out. You can prepare these dumplings for any celebration, given its simplicity and speed in preparing the recipe. With the preparation of a good amount of caramelized apple wedges, the rest is simple. Another alternative you can choose from is to cancel the caramelized apple and not in whole segments, but this is already to everyone’s taste.
Ingredients for 4 people
We start by peeling, coreing and slicing the apples into wedges. Then we will add the butter and sugar to make caramel. When we cut the whole apple, we put all the segments in the pan.
Little by little you will see how sugar and butter become one and become golden. Over time, the sugar will acquire a golden color and cook the apple, leaving it soft.
Once we get the soft apple (which is not canceled), remove the pan from the heat and wait for the apple to cool. Then place a piece in the center of the empanadilla waffle and fold it, ensuring that the edges match perfectly. Then we will press the whole edge with a fork so that it is well sealed.
Then heat a lot of butter in a pan and when it is hot, fry the dumplings over a moderate heat until golden brown and crispy.
While they are done, we will take them out on a plate with absorbent paper to extract the excess fat. Then we will put powdered sugar on top to give the waffle a sweet touch.
And that’s it, friends, we’re done caramelized apple dumplings. Have you seen how easy it is? Well, I encourage you to prepare them one of these days, you will see what a richer thing. I say goodbye now, we will be back tomorrow with a new recipe and, of course, it will be published here in Family Kitchen.
