  • 200 g red pepper, cut into chunks

  • 30 g of pine nuts
  • 25 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 g of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of herbal salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
