Broccoli, bell and apple salad

- 300 – 350 g of broccoli flowers
- 200 g red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 sour apple (eg Granny Smith, approximately 220 g) in quarters and every quarter in two
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 25 g extra virgin olive oil
- 15 g of apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of herbal salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
