A simple and perfect recipe for celebrations, prepared by the confectioner Andrea Dopico during the broadcast of her TV program “The best desserts in the world” on Canal Cocina.
- 15 g butter
- 400 g condensed milk
- 1 pinch of salted flakes
- 200 g of chocolate rain
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with the condensed milk and cocoa powder, stirring constantly until you see the bottom of the pan for 2-3 seconds, sliding a spatula.
- Pour into a lightly greased rectangular form, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Using a spoon, form balls, pass them through the chocolate rain and serve
