Karlos Arguiñano brings us a typical recipe of Italian gastronomy: Lasagna de carne a la Bolognese (bolognese), a spectacular and classic dish with pasta stuffed with meat and accompanied by béchamel and bolognese sauce.
This lasagna is a very economical dish, as well as healthy, as it provides us with a large amount of protein and carbohydrates. This is an ideal recipe to take to work or school, as lasagna is one of the favorite dishes of the little ones in the house.
We can prepare lasagna with any ingredients, whether meat, vegetables and fish: chicken, artichokes, zucchini, cod and more. in short, what we like the most and what we want. Accompanied by a creamy béchamel sauce and the traditional Bolognese sauce, we will get just an impressive result.
Ingredients (4-6 people):
- 9 sheets of lasagna paste (cooked)
- 500 g minced pork and beef
- 200 g Iberian bacon
- 100 g of salami
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 1 through
- 1 stick of celery
- 8 mushrooms
- 40 g raisins (without seeds)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 500 ml tomato sauce
- 100 g of sheep cheese and truffle
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g of flour
- 100g butter
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Lasagna de Carne a la Bolognese (Bolognese) by Carlos Arginiano:
Peel and slice garlic, onion and carrot into small cubes and put everything saute in a casserole by spraying oil.
Remove stems and seeds from Peppers, and peel red. Cut them in the same way and add them. Clean up celery stick and leek, cut them into small cubes and turn them on. Forge vegetables and cook them for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lower part of the stem from mushrooms and rinse in Bowl with water. Dry, cut them into small cubes and add them. Also cut bacon and salami in the same way and add them. Also enter meat (pork and beef),, raisins,, soy sauce,, oregano (1 teaspoon) and tomato sauce. Cook Bolognese sauce for 20 minutes on low heat.
Put it down lasagna sheets to soak in Bowl water for 15 minutes. For bechamel, put the butter to melt in another casserole, add the flour, stew it a little and pour the milk little by little, without stopping to stir. Season and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Assemble the lasagna alternating layers of paste with Bolognese sauce and béchamel sauce. Cover the surface of the lasagna with the rest of the béchamel, grate the cheese on top and bake it at 200-220º for 12 minutes. Serve and decorate the dishes with parsley leaves.
When you go to make Bolognese sauce, I recommend that you make more than you really need for the recipe. This way you can freeze the rest to make some delicious spaghetti another day.
