  1. The night before, soak the chickpeas in water and a little salt.

  2. The next morning, in a saucepan with cooking water, add the drained chickpeas with onions and clean and whole carrots.

  3. Add the bay leaf and peeled garlic.

  4. Season, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

  5. Meanwhile, wash and season the turbot with a little greasy salads. That I will buy it whole.

  6. Place it on the greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180º, with the preheated oven.

  7. If we have a lot of broth in chickpeas, remove a little together with the bay leaf and mix everything, either in Thermomix or with a blender, until you get a thick puree.

  8. Strain and keep it warm, in a saucepan over low heat.

  9. Take the turkey out of the oven, give it and serve it on chickpea cream.
