Ingredients

  • Arbequin olive oil smoked with oak smoke Castillo de Canena
  • Rosemary
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 kg of potatoes, cut into squares

Preparation
