Baked pork secret with mushrooms and ham cream

We have prepared “The Secret of Roast Pork”, a recipe that has stuck to us.

Secret pork in the oven

The pork secret is one of the juiciest parts, along with the feathers, dams, whims, cheeks, fillets and some others that we can buy regularly in any butcher shop.

Also called cross piece, the secret is a piece of meat that is placed on the inside of the pig. They are small pieces, about 200 grams, but very juicy thanks to the infiltrated fat, which provides it with tenderness and juiciness, which increase its refined taste.
