There is a bakery close to my property in Boston that makes a quiche with the most great clean and creamy filling. Each time I talk to the operator for her recipe, she shrugs and says a thing about having designed it this way permanently. She has no intention of telling me additional.
But I figured it out! If you want an extremely creamy filling in quiche, use all significant product.
