  3. Once we get the syrup, we stretch the puff pastry sheets. Grate the peeled apple on the puff pastry or cut into very small cubes and spread over the entire base.

  4. Roll the puff pastry with the apple and cut into slices approximately one and a half centimeters.

  5. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour a tablespoon of apple syrup into each of the slices.

  6. Sprinkle a little sugar and granulated almonds on top and bake the apple puff pastry in a preheated 180 ° oven for 10 minutes.
