Stir with a few sticks, remove from the heat, pour the milk mixture and stir until all the ingredients are integrated, return to the heat for a few seconds and, without stopping to stir, wait for it to heat up (without boiling at any time) and we get a homogeneous apple cream without lumps.
Remove and allow to cool before using this delicious apple cream.
