Instructions
The first thing we will do to start with the recipe is to cut the apple pieces and grind the peppercorns in a grinder.
Then mix the butter, vanilla puree, maple syrup, sugar and a pinch of salt to obtain a creamy mixture.
Then add the egg, chopped walnuts, oval oatmeal, flour, tartar cream and half a ground black pepper.
Finally add the apple pieces.
Preheat oven in CircoTherm mode at 160 ° C and cover two trays with greaseproof paper.
Then, using an ice cream scoop or two normal spoons, form small portions of dough for each cookie.
Bake with trays set on levels 1 and 3 for about twelve minutes, until cookies are golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar with the other half of the ground pepper and when we take the cookies out of the oven, sprinkle them with the mixture while they are still hot.
Finally, let them rest on the pan until completely cooled.
As this is not a complicated recipe, you can take the opportunity to share fun and enjoyable time with the little ones in the house by getting them involved in the preparation.
You can even use a cookie shape with different shapes. Something they love that makes them even more appetizing, if possible.
Do you dare Try them and tell us the result.
